If you play online mostly like I do, it can be a big adjustment from playing 1 table all day, and seeing maybe 4 orbits an hour, to playing 10 tables and seeing 12+ orbits an hour each table. I recommend easing back into things slowly; even if it’s only for the first hour. Play just 1 table and try and remember all the things you did online that made you successful, before taking a month off to play live. There are a lot of different things about online than live. When you multi table online, a beat on one table can really upset you, and you have to make sure it doesn’t affect how you play on other tables. Clicking the check/fold button when it’s not your turn and just playing the cards in your hand and not the situations can become the norm. When playing live and just one table, all it takes is a couple orbits and you pretty much know your table. Try and take this focus and shift it to online poker.
