Yello will offer services tailored to the betting and gaming sector
A new contact centre focussing on the unique needs of the betting and gaming sector has been launched in the Isle of Man with the support of the Isle of Man Government’s Department of Economic Development.
Branded 'Yello', the service offers a range of bespoke outsourced customer relationship management and sales solutions to clients on the Island.
Led by Mark Irvine and Martin Linham, who both have commercial and operational experience in the industry, the company offers tailored inbound and outbound services, including sales, lead generation, customer service, customer retention, CRM and virtual office, in up to 16 different languages.
Yello has been established with the support of the Isle of Man Government, which has recognised the value of establishing a locally based customer contact centre, providing a 24/7/365 resource for betting and gaming companies based on the Island.
Yello expects to bring approximately 100 further jobs to the Island over the next 12 months.
Howard Quayle MHK, Political Member for e-Gaming, Isle of Man Government Department of Economic Development commented:
"The Isle of Man has a long history of attracting companies with entrepreneurial, ‘can do’ attitudes, and we are delighted that Yello has decided to establish operations in the Isle of Man with up to 100 new jobs created.
"Customer support is a vital aspect of e-Gaming and I am sure that Yello will prove an asset to the Island’s fastest-growing sector."
Martin Linham, CEO of Yello, said:
"There is recognition within the industry that enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff are a must, which is why it is so important for betting and gaming companies to have a reliable provider closer to home.
“With Yello we’re aiming to offer a professional and cost-effective service based on the island, so clients can see first-hand that we’re able to deliver."
While focussing on the gaming and betting sector, Yello will also be servicing a wide range of clients in different sectors including telecoms, travel, tourism and retail, irrespective of location.
The executive team at Yello includes Mark Irvine as chief operating officer; Arusha Irvine as chief marketing officer and local Isle of Man businessman Morris Hazell as executive chairman.
