Swedish poker pro adds to his bank balance with wins at SCOOP
 
The mercurial Swedish internet high stakes cash game poker player Viktor "Isildur1" Blom continued to build his reputation as a tournament ace this week with two big wins in the Pokerstars' Spring Championship of Online Poker.
 
Blom bested a starting field of 8,240 players in the $215 no-limit hold’em event, collecting his first big online title and a winner's check for $247,000, and then went on to win the $530 re-buy six-max no-limit hold’em for another $160,000 boost to his bank balance, this time triumphing over an entry field of 486 hopefuls.
 
Earlier this year Blom took home his biggest live tournament score yet, winning $1,254,000 in the $100,000 buy-in Super High Roller at the Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure series
