Rosen takes over the reins at NeoGames International
 
Online scratchcard and instant-win lottery games provider NeoGames International Limited has announced that Ilan Rosen has been promoted to serve as its new chief executive officer from the beginning of January 2013.
 
Rosen has a proven track record of over a decade in finance, management and gaming experience, with the previous three years seeing him serve as CFO and Head of Corporate Affairs in the Malta-based company.
 
Before joining NeoGames, Rosen was CFO for Babylon Limited and helped the global language and search solutions provider to a successful launch on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. This was followed by additional senior roles in financial management for public companies such as Alvarion and One1.
 
“Rosen’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the group comes at a time when the group’s founders will focus on their strategic and advisory role in the group,” a company spokesman said Friday.
