Fresh from signing up with 888.com as a games supplier, the UK company Gaming Technology Solutions plc this week launched its latest game offering – BetLow, now exclusively available on the EdGE platform.

A dynamic game, BetLow offers players numerous options and attractive features of play based on the popular lowest-bid-wins- auction format. Created by BetLow Ltd, the game is a reinvention of the low bid genre specifically for the online gaming market.

“It’s an exciting new game based on a highly successful and proven format”, commented Justin Chamberlain, pacific Pokermanaging director of BetLow Ltd. “As a unique and competitive game, it is sure to find an audience and is quickly set to become a high earning game. GTS is the ideal partner for us. Their EdGE platform allows the game to be deployed quickly with minimal effort and gives complete control to the operators.”

Where once there was only one winner of a Low Bid Auction, BetLow has been designed to have 3 winners at the end of every game.  Players are engaged from the start of the game where they choose to bid on a number of balls within a matrix. Throughout the game, players are encouraged to use tactics like “Shuffle” or “HotSwap” to refine their selection and obtain the lowest unique numbered ball in the game matrix. The lowest ball can move up or down depending on players actions and the actions of everyone else bidding in the game! Strategy, skill and luck all come into play in every game of BetLow.

Steven Matsell, Business Development Director for GTS is enthusiastic about the new game's potential: “BetLow is a fantastic new game product with considerable market potential”, he said. “The EdGE platform is perfectly suited to manage a full schedule of BetLow games including networked high value cash games in the near future.”
