Rank Group plc has announced the appointment of Colin Child

December 15,2011 : Financial expert joins the Rank board
 
The Rank Group plc has announced the appointment as an independent non-executive director of Colin Child with effect from 1 January 2012.  He will also join Rank's audit and finance committees.
 
Child, age 54, is a Chartered Accountant and currently group finance director of De La Rue plc, the commercial security printer and papermaker.   His previous roles include group finance director of DTZ Holdings plc, Stanley Leisure plc, Fitness First plc and National Express Group plc.
