2/23/10 – Last Sunday saw the fourth anniversary of the Pokerstars Sunday Million regular tournaments, and the world's largest Internet poker provider did it in style with a record $4 million guaranteed prize-pool that brought in some 36 169 global poker fans, boosting the prize-pool to $7 233 800 – the largest Sunday Million treasure chest yet.
 
The $215 buy-in event was won by player "RichieRichZH," who collected  winnings worth $1 141 510 and change for a resounding ROI after defeating player ‘lankeshwar' in the heads up. The runner up's reward was $754 774.69, whilst third placed ‘petinvest7' took home $506 366. Six-figure winnings extended down to position 5 on the nine-man final table.
 
There were millions washing around at Full Tilt Poker as well – and not just on the nosebleed tables. The fifteenth edition of the site's Full Tilt Online Series of Poker came to a close with a main event that attracted 5 645 players and as a result of a seven way chop distributed $200 000-plus payments to four of the nine players at the final table.
 
Player "JackQKA" won $237 643.69 and the honours for first place in the event, followed by PageUpV, who collected $239 485; dfhijk on $261 077 for third place; ReloadPlz who's paycheck was $186 531 and SurferKel who took home $236 865. The six-figure payments went as far down as position 7 on the final table.
 
FTOPS XV's $2 500 buy-in, two day 6-max competition was also well patronised, with player “BadCardsAA” triumphing and collecting a $430 000 winner's prize.
