2012 WSOP Event 26


Friday June 15, 2012 : In Event 26 – $3,000 buy-in Pot-Limit Omaha, Austin Scott was part of an intimidating field of 589 players but more than held his own to win his first WSOP bracelet and a handy $361,797.
 
Scott entered heads up play against Brett Richey with the chip lead and despite an early double up by his opponent continued to deplete Richey’s chip stack until he had him at his mercy and dismissed him with a second placing pay day of $223,492.
