5 Million Guarantee For 2013 Pokerstars Micromillions

100-event online festival will run from July 18 through July 28
 
The Isle of Man-based online poker operator Pokerstars has released details of its fifth edition of the popular MicroMillions tournement, a 100-event opportunity for small-stake players to win some of the $5 million guaranteed prize pool this year.
 
Running from July 18 through July 28, the series presents buy-ins from as little as 11 US cents to $22 in a range of events that offers a variety of poker game-styles, including fast fold, turbo, rebuy and shootout action.
 
The high point will be the $22 buy-in main event scheduled for July 28, which has a guaranteed prize pool of a million dollars and a first placing take-home of around $150,000. Ten other events in the festival are offering guaranteed main prizes of $100,000
 
Pokerstars says that the last outing for MicroMillions attracted a record 1,572,760 individual tournament entries, with the main event pulling in 68,081 entries, generating a prize pool of $1,361,620.
