2UP GAMING ON ACQUISITION DRIVE

In line with strategy, acquisition will provide immediate cash flow

Following its signing of a memorandum of understanding for the acquisition of the European-based video streaming business Streamark earlier this month, 2UP Gaming PLC has bought the online affiliate pokies website WebNetPokies, for an undisclosed consideration.

WebNetPokies while now a fully owned subsidiary of 2UP, will run as an independent business unit utilising cross promotional marketing opportunities from 2UP's online casino website 2UP.com.

Furthermore 2UP Gaming says it is finalising a number of other potential acquisitions as well as a major capital raising from what it terms as a substantial private equity firm.

Those potential acquisitions include DBG Poker, Asian pool betting company ToteDaddy and a possible joint venture with an unnamed online lottery company.

Peter Flynn, business development director at 2UP Gaming comments: "The purchase is an excellent strategic fit for the company providing immediate cash flow."
