The new-look series offers more than $15 million in guaranteed prize pools and three distinct buy-in categories for every event – Low, Medium and High. The festival gives players 17 tournaments at buy-ins of $5.50 or less with combined guarantees of over $145,000; there are 49 events with buy-ins of between $11 and $55 with cumulative guarantees of over $1,400,000. POWERFEST Leaderboards
$170,000 will be won through POWERFEST leader boards which will be running throughout the series. The prizes are split across three buy-in categories; Low, Medium and High. Poker Players will earn leader board points each time they finish in the money in any POWERFEST event. A handy Leader board calculator is available on partypoker.com making it easy for players to work out the points they’ve earned – or will earn – for any given cash.
Satellite Leaderboard
Over $34,000 in cash will be won in the satellite leader boards. Two leader boards will run simultaneously; Medium and High from Monday 8th January. Players will earn points by playing as well as cashing in POWERFEST Medium & High satellites and can win a prize of up to $10,500.
Deposit draw and last chance freeroll
Depositing online poker players will be rewarded with an entry into one or more prize draws between Thursday 11th and Thursday 18th January. The prize draws and tickets will be awarded on Friday 19th January prior to POWERFEST starting on 21st January.
Entry requirements:
- All players that make a single deposit between $100 and $499 will be entered into a draw to win an entry to EVERY low POWERFEST event worth $637
- All players that make a single deposit between $500 and $999 will be entered into a draw to win an entry to EVERY medium POWERFEST event worth $6,245
- All players that make a single deposit $1,000 or more will be entered into a draw to win tickets worth $20,000 to a selection of high POWERFEST events
A $25,000 freeroll on Sunday 21st January will offer all depositing players that were unsuccessful in the draws a final chance to take home a share of another huge prizepool.
Double your cashback points
Players will earn double cashback points for any points collected from POWERFEST tournament entries on the following days:
- Friday 26th January
- Saturday 27th January
- Friday 2nd February
- Saturday 3rd February
PartyPoker Golden Chip
POWERFEST players can earn a Golden Chip and potentially boost their winnings. The first 100 qualifiers for each of the three Main Events will be awarded a Golden Chip. If players then go on to win the event the following cash bonus will be added to the winnings:
- Low = $5,000
- Medium = $10,000
- High = $15,000
