888Pokers partnership with the World Series of Poker this year resulted in the European online poker provider sending 250 players from 35 nations to Las Vegas for the worlds most prestigious tournament.
 
148 of these won seats in the main event currently running its course at the Rio, whilst the rest played in the inaugural 888 Crazy Eights event.
 
The companys satellite competitions proved extremely popular, attracting over 135,000 participants since February 2016.
 
The generous winner packages included event buy-ins, accommodation and travel expenses, and the companys satellites sent several big name players to the $10,000 buy-in main event, including Dzmitry Urbanovich from Poland, Germanys Tobias Reinkemeier, UK pro Toby Lewis and Anton Wigg from Sweden.
