As one of the top-ranked schools in the country before the season began, Michigan State being a 4-seed was a shocker to many. They responded by thoroughly dominating Delaware in their tournament opener.

Despite their position in your bracket, the Spartans have 11/2 to win the NCAA Tournament. Their next competition is Harvard, the 12-seed who outsmarted and outscored Cincinnati on Thursday afternoon.
 
Adreian Payne sent a message to the field: not only are the Spartans mad, but he's on a mission of his own, becoming the first player since Stephen Curry in 2008 to score 40-points in the tournament. His 41 came from all over the court too.
 
Meanwhile, the Crimson exploited a weak Cincinnati defense early and kept the pressure on, but still only managed a 61-57 win, improving their odds to 200/1. Wesley Saunders was the top performer, totaling 12 points in Harvard's second upset win in two years.
 
Harvard lost only four games all season. However, they only played two teams who are also in this tournament, both of whom account for one of those losses, yet neither of whom is as dangerous Michigan State.
