AMAYA SIGNS EUROPEAN LOTTERY AND ONLINE GAMING AGREEMENT

Will become Montenegro's exclusive provider for online gaming
 
Canadian gaming solutions provider Amaya Gaming has announced a five-year exclusive agreement with Montenegro's national lottery Lutrija Crne Gore to provide lottery and online gaming technologies and operational support.
 
Amaya will provide lottery services including traditional and SMS lotteries and will be the exclusive operator for online gaming on behalf of Lutrija Crne Gore in exchange for a percentage of profits.

Amaya recently made headlines with its acquisition of Chartwell Technology and the purchase of a 5.05 percent stake in Cryptologic.
