Pleads guilty and agrees to cooperate with prosecutors
David Roy Tune (62) who was indicted by Oklahoma authorities for running an online sports betting website in June this year was this week sentenced by an Oklahoma County District Court to four years in prison and six years probation after his release
Tune pleaded guilty to 20 counts of violating anti-gambling laws and one count of conspiracy.
His sentence is the result of a plea bargain after agreeing to cooperate with prosecutors.
