Lars Kollind appointed Bet24 Poker cheif

Scandinavian exec to handle all marketing and PR activities
 
Modern Times Group's internet gambling subsidiary Bet24.com has announced the appointment of Lars Kollind (35) as poker manager for the enterprise, reporting to chief operating officer Thomas Petersen.
 
"We believe that Lars is the perfect choice as our new poker manager for Bet24. With his extensive knowledge in the poker world, marketing, events and PR, I'm extremely satisfied to get him on-board," said Petersen this week.
 
Kollind was one of the founders and president of Poker Icons, and his new responsibilities embrace marketing, PR and event activities at Bet24.
 
Bet24 is licensed by the LGA in Malta, and operated for MTG by Nordic Betting Limited on the Ongame Network. Modern Times Group is the largest free-TV and pay-TV operator in Scandinavia and the Baltics, holding 50 TV channels.
