CASINO FILES TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT SUIT

Same name but a .net address
 
Privately held, Las Vegas based Majestic Star Casino LLC has filed suit in the Las Vegas Federal court against three companies operating businesses in Panama, Associated Press reports.
 
Fitzgeralds casinos, owners of the Majestic Star Casino, claim that the companies operate a site with the same name but use a .net address instead of the casino's .com address.
 
Majestic Star lawyers claim the name is too similar and drives users to an online gambling site.
