The Swedish internet gambling software developer NYX Interactive has announced the launch of a fast and flexible operating platform capable of carrying a wide range of games from different suppliers.
The company's Rapid Platform is a truly open platform system, a company spokesman said this week, pointing out that it empowers NYX and its licensees to integrate diverse gaming products from worldwide suppliers of any vertical. This allows operators to set up their own platform in any jurisdiction where they have acquired a licence and operate it as a separate entity in line with local regulations.
The spokesman added that in addition to its own range of online gambling products, NYX Interactive has agreements in place for the provision of content from leading international gaming companies.
“The next generation of operator cannot afford to be locked into inflexible and proprietary systems with restrictions that prohibit rapid adaption and increased entertainment value," says NYX chief executive David Flynn. "The Rapid Platform is suitable for all types of operator, from WLA member to public and private gaming companies.”
