Retail solution launched as an add-on to online
 
Playscan, the consumer protection tool developed by Svenska Spel in co-operation with Spelinstitutet, has launched its latest version 3.7.
 
Playscan was developed to provide players with the opportunity to control and monitor changes in their gambling habits and new features expand the channels of communication to provide enhanced targeting, the company said.  The programme boasts a newly developed analysis engine used to analyse different game modules such as Bingo, Poker, Lottery etc.
 
"The new features in Playscan 3.7 evolve the technical capabilities in behavioural tracking towards harm minimization," said Henrik Hallberg, chief technology officer of Playscan AB.
 
Additionally Playscan Retail is now available as an add-on solution to the Playscan product which can provide land-based players with a complete overview of their gambling behaviour in print format.
