Posted 1/24/11 : Spiral Solutions to offer a boutique B2B solution for the Italian eGaming market utilising Nexigames' license
eGaming services provider, Spiral Solutions Ltd., has signed a deal to launch its first client in the newly-regulated Italian market.
Nexigames Ltd., a holder of a Class 1 Gaming License granted by the LGA (Lotteries and Gaming Authority) Malta, and an eGaming company operating the brands Wild Jack and Wild Jack Mobile Casino, will be the first client to utilise Spiral Solutions' services to offer online and mobile games in Italy through its new Gioca Casino brand.
Spiral Solutions will support Nexigames with a complete suite of e-gaming services from acquisition through to retention and support. Spiral Solutions will also provide a consulting package that includes regulatory guidance, business plan modelling, financial and risk management. Gioca Casino will be the Italian brand operating on Nexigames' AAMS licence, which it expects to successfully secure once the AAMS application process opens.
Spiral Solutions and Nexigames will also work together to provide a B2B solution specifically designed for the Italian market – making Spiral Solutions' services and Nexigames' soon-to-be-secured AAMS licenced platform available for branded partners across online and mobile.
