MAJORITY STAKE FOR FUN88 IN ILA CURACAO NV

Welton Holdings Limited, operator of online gambling firm FUN88 have taken a majority stake in ILA Curacao NV who operates online casino, poker and sportsbetting website betngo.com.  FUN88 holds licences in the Isle of Man and the Philippines.
 
BETNGO´s geographical reach compliments that of FUN88 and the companies will work together in developing exciting new products for their players said a company spokesman.  BETNGO forms part of the ipoker network and its founders have over 30 years of experience in the gaming sector.
