AbZorba Games to complement Novomatic’s interactive gaming portfolio

Novomatic-owned GreenTube has acquired US-based mobile social casino gaming company AbZorba Games LLC for an undisclosed consideration.

AbZorba Games develops social casino and multiplayer games based on a proprietary gaming platform. It has a robust B2C mobile casino brand and delivers B2B white label turnkey solutions to a range of partners.

Its product range includes Black Jack, Poker, Roulette and Slots that do well in the top tiers of the Google and Apple App Stores, AbZorba Games said.

Following the acquisition, AbZorba founding members Andrew Hughes and Emmanouil Moschous will continue  in their management positions.
