Thursday January 16,2014 : SCORING ACHIEVEMENTS WITH QUICKFIRE
Innovative feature launched at Betat online casino
Quickfire, powered by Microgaming, has unveiled an innovative player achievements feature, with the Betat online casino the first licensee to offer the new incentive in a selection of Quickfire’s achievement-structured slot games.
The Achievements feature allows players to collect badges and trophies for set accomplishments. Players can also attain monetary rewards and bonuses for achieving gameplay events. And ranking and leadership tools can be utilised by operators to bring an element of competition to game activity.
Embracing the new system fully, Betat has created its own Achievement pay table which is tailored to each game; winnings can be tracked and viewed on a player’s pay table or in a new ‘My Achievements’ tab within a player’s account. Popular games such as Thunderstruck II and Immortal Romance are being used for the Achievements system at present.
Igor Samardziski, a Betat manager, said: “We think it is important to provide a completely unique experience to our players and to reward them for recurring game play and for being loyal to our casino.
"Microgaming games in particular allow us to accomplish this, and thanks to the game mechanics and built-in Achievements engine from Quickfire we have created an engaging new feature for our players to enjoy. We have some fantastic promotional prizes up for grabs to reward those who achieve great things."
Quickfire chief Ashley Sandyford-Sykes, said that the new Achievements feature has been designed to be flexible.
"Any Quickfire operator can take on the system and they can create bespoke promotions suitable for their consumers, to maximise player retention and acquisition," he said.
To promote the new feature to operators, Quickfire has launched a network-wide competition on the Avalon online slot, whereby if a player achieves five wild symbols in a row on any line they will win a luxury break package that recreates the mystery of the magical Isle of Avalon. This coincides with the imminent launch of Avalon II in February.
