Alex Spencer Wins 2014 Sky Poker UK Poker Championship

20-year-old takes UKPC title and first prize
 
A Doncaster student emerged victorious over a field of 620 players in the 2014 Sky Poker UK Poker Championship (UKPC) Main Event which was held at the Dusk till Dawn poker club in Nottingham this past weekend.
 
20-year-old Alex Spencer, an accountancy and finance student at the University of York, took the title, the main prize of GBP 125 000 and a GBP 15 000 tournament package for topping the UKPC leader board.
