AMAYA SEEKS BOARD DIRECTOR CANDIDATES

Company reacts to recent tumultuous developments.

Amaya Inc. founder and former chief executive officer David Baazov will not stand for re-election to the Board at the company’s shareholder meeting later next month, a press statement said, and neither will chief financial officer Daniel Sebag.

"The board is actively finding suitable candidates with complementary skills to those of the existing directors of Amaya," the statement revealed.

Chief operating officer of Amaya’s Rational Group Israel Rosenthal will also be leaving the company in August 2016 for reasons not disclosed.
