Executive board expanded to two members
 
Tipp24 SE has made two appointments to its executive board naming Andreas Keil as chief financial officer and Dr Hans Cornehl as Executive Board Chairman.
 
Keil (49) spent five years as CFO of H&R AG, a specialty chemical company, before spending the past few months as a freelance consultant for business and financial matters. Prior to H&R AG, he served as managing director within the U.S. ConocoPhillips Groups.
 
Following Tipp24's spin off of its online brokerage activities as the newly formed Lotto24 AG, Dr Hans Cornehl served as the sole member of the Executive Board of Tipp24 SE, a position to which he has been re-appointed for another term.
 
Tipp 24 holds equity interests in a number of companies in Spain, Italy and the UK which enable online lottery-based games through the websites ventura24.es, giochi24.it, mylotto24.co.uk and tipp24.com.
