BWIN LAUNCHES POKER APP. FOR ANDROID

Thursday July 21,2011 : Android smartphone users can now play Texas Hold'em for real.
 
Bwin, a brand of bwin.party digital entertainment plc, launched its real money Bwin Poker app for Android smartphones this week, based on the same easy to use mobile interface that was first introduced for iPhone in January 2011.
 
“The bwin Android Poker App gives bwin.com customers unrestricted access to the bwin poker account on the go – directly from every Android-based smartphone,” said Berthold Kao, who is in charge of product management for mobile applications at bwin.party.

The app offers a new way to play for poker enthusiasts. The combination of the most popular poker game of all, Texas Hold'em, and the intuitive user interface, many features and easy registration brings the game to players on the move, with an optimised game design that allows easy navigation and a clear image.
 
A player's best hand is displayed automatically and hand histories from the current session are displayed at a touch.
