Ladbrokes Appoints Annemarie Durbin

LADBROKES CORAL STRENGTHENS BOARD

With appointment of non-executive director.

Ladbrokes Coral Group plc has appointed Annemarie Durbin as a non-executive Board Director with immediate effect.

Durbin, a qualified lawyer with over two decades of international banking experience, will also take up membership of the Audit, Remuneration, Social Responsibility and Nomination Committees with effect from March 1, 2017.
 
She is a non-executive director of WHSmith Plc and Santander UK plc as well as Chair of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Authority Advisory Panel.
