Antonis Kerastaris New IntraLot CEO

Former chief Antonopoulos will remain vice-chairman of the Board of Directors.
 
International lottery and games provider Intralot has announced the appointment of Antonis Kerastaris as Group CEO following the retirement of Constantinos Antonopoulos, effective today (Tuesday).
 
Antonopoulos will remain vice-chairman of the Board of Directors, the company said.
 
Kerastaris was formally CFO at Intralot, a position to which he was appointed in January this year.
 
Prior to joining the company, Kerastaris had a long and successful cooperation with the Intracom Group as CEO of Hellas Online. Before this, his experience included CFO responsibilities in large multi-national companies like Procter and Gamble, Hilton and Mercedes.
 
He holds a degree in Business Management from the Athens University of Economics.
 
Antonopoulos said: “After 22 years at the helm of Intralot since its founding I believe this is the time for a necessary management renewal.
