Aristotle International achieves service provider acceptance

A US provider of geolocation and ID verification services, Aristotle International, has an unusual testimonial claim – for more than 25 years, every occupant of the White House – Democrat and Republican – has used its products and services, in addition to many U.S. Senators, members of the U.S. House of Representatives, and Democratic and Republican state party organisations.

On Friday the Integrity division of the company achieved acceptance in the Nevada legalised online poker environment with the award of a service provider licence by the Nevada Gaming Commission.

"For more than a decade, Integrity has pioneered the development of widely accepted compliance and age-verification technology for the commercial and government sectors," said CEO John Aristotle Phillips, a co-founder of the company.

"Integrity is the most comprehensive and cost-effective tool for online age- and identity-verification. We've tailored it to be available across multiple platforms to enable a safe venue for adults while mitigating risk and insuring compliance for operators."

Aristotle's player identification includes the robust age verification that meets or exceeds Nevada's stringent requirements and anticipated  federal requirements' prohibiting underage gambling outlined in the legalization introduced this week by Congressman Peter King,  the "Internet Gambling Regulation, Enforcement, and Consumer Protection Act of 2013".

"Aristotle has performed over 50 million verifications since the inception of our Integrity group, said Phillips.”It's a safe bet that our experience and robust infrastructure will enable licensed Nevada gaming companies to meet the building demand for instantaneous player on-boarding that is anticipated."

Integrity's global coverage facilitates the verification of individuals from over 135 countries in three seconds or less, based upon a comparison of player information with the company's deep databases of government and public ID data.

Aristotle also announced that it has been selected by Aristocrat Technologies to be one of the providers for player identification services to the gaming technology company, which has also achieved licensing status .

Atul Bali, President of Aristocrat Technologies Inc., said Friday: "We carefully evaluated player identification providers with the goal of keeping underage individuals off of our partners' gaming sites, and we found Aristotle was the best choice to achieve our goals in this area. We are pleased that the Nevada Gaming Board and Nevada Gambling Commission unanimously approved Aristotle's Gaming Supplier License."

Commission members noted that Aristotle Integrity verification includes an innovative video verification using Skype, which had been previously evaluated and approved by the Federal Trade Commission for compliance purposes under COPPA, The Child Online Privacy Protection Act. Prior to the Gaming Commission's action this week, Aristotle was verifying the identity of tens of thousands of consumers monthly for social networks, beverage alcohol, entertainment and financial services companies.
