Ex William Hill CFO Neil Cooper is joining Barratt Developments

Group finance director Neil Cooper is joining Barratt Developments.
 
After almost 5 years in the gambling industry as CFO of William Hill plc, Neil Cooper is set to return to the property and housing industry, taking up a senior management position with Barratt Developments.
 
Prior to joining William Hill Cooper held top management positions with housing firms like Whitbread and Bovis Homes.
 
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at William Hill over the last five years and am proud of the significant progress that we have made in cementing our UK leadership position and in expanding into Australia and the US,” Cooper said Thursday.
 
Paying tribute to Cooper, William Hill CEO James Henderson said: “Neil has been a key part of our management team since May 2010.
 
“During that time, he has built a strong finance and investor relations team and supported the group's digital and international diversification. He leaves us in excellent financial health.”
