The popular Bet 365.com online casino, poker and bingo offering in Australia comes to end next week as the company strives to obtain a sports betting licence in the country.
 
Affiliates and players were informed on the withdrawal some time ago, and advised that any funds remaining in accounts by August 22nd would be transferred to the company's sports betting book, which continues to operate.
 
The sports betting business is thriving in Australia, although in-play wagering is not permitted by the authorities.
