Rumours of bad blood between BetSoft and EveryMatrix

Wednesday February 12,2014 :  CONTRACTUAL DISPUTE LEAVES ONLINE CASINOS WITHOUT GAMES

Rumours of bad blood between BetSoft and EveryMatrix.

Rumours at the recent ICE show in London that a contractual dispute was causing bad blood between online gambling software provider BetSoft and white label supplier EveryMatrix resulted in at least one anxious operator calling a meeting with executive representatives of both companies last Thursday, who allegedly gave an assurance that gaming services would not be withheld.

That assurance fell through Monday when BetSoft allegedly disconnected all games for EveryMatrix customers and some Tain customers in the Dutch market – allegedly without a rational explanation for the move.

The Vera&John online casino continued to serve games to its Dutch players, casting doubt on some claims that the BetSoft action was motivated by legal fears.

Live chat customer services at Guts online casino informed players:  "Actually at the moment Betsoft games are at the moment disabled for everyone, we are having some contract issues which we are figuring out with them. So at the moment at least no one can play Betsoft games with us."

Requests for comment to both BetSoft and EveryMatrix had not received a response when we went to press Wednesday.
