The Swedish online gambling group Betsson AB has received all the necessary approvals to complete the acquisition of the Malta-based Nordic Gaming Group and its three sportsbook, casino and poker subsidiaries, NordicBet, Tobet and Triobet.
 
The company has acquired all shares in NordicBet for a consideration of approximately Euro 65 million consisting partly of cash and partly of a new issue of 217,974 series B shares exclusively available to the Nordic Gaming Group.  An additional purchase price, based on the development of the acquisition during 2012, may become payable which could amount to a maximum Euro 20 million.
