Deal with GVC takes another step forward.

bwin.party announced the suspension of its listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and trading on the LSE’s main market late this week in accordance with the Court sanctioning its deal with GVC.

In conjunction, GVC shares will be admitted to the Official List and to Trading on the Main Market on February 2, 2016.
