Online poker network adds tournament blackjack to its attractions

The Cake online poker network introduced tournament blackjack offering to its growing list of gaming options on the network this week, working in partnership with software provider 21GNET.

21GNET's provision of dynamic tournament blackjack software will allow operators on the Cake Poker Network to expand their attractions to include the new game. Tournament blackjack sees players compete, in a tournament format, against each other instead of the dealer, with no house advantage to detract from the action.

“To say we're happy about this partnership is an understatement,” Shane O’Connell, chief executive of 21GNET. “Cake has been and continues to be an important industry player, and we are thrilled to unite with them." He added that the deal gave 21Gnet an extended reach and more capacity, and Cake a new form of entertainment to offer its players.

“Having such a well executed game system running across the Cake Network is a fantastic addition for Cake Network players as well as providing our partners with the opportunity for an additional game option and revenue stream,” said Cake Network marketing director, Andrew Turner.
