Settlement achieved with Julian International Holdings now the owner
 
A deal signed late last year allowing the Seychelles-based Julian International Holdings to acquire the Chico (formerly Action) Poker Network has finally been completed.
 
Chico was sold off by previous owner Playsafe Holdings AS, a company listed on the Nordic stock exchange, in a deal late lasts year that included acceptance by the new owner of the company's significant financial obligations to players. Complications have delayed the completion of the deal, but this has now been achieved.
 
According to the independent monitor Pokerscout, Chico is a small but fast growing network that is home to around ten ‘skins'.
