Core Gaming gets 5 year contract to build online slots based on famous daredevil
 
The UK-based software developer Core Gaming Ltd has been granted a five year contract to build online slot games around the exploits of legendary motor cycle daredevil Evel Knievel.
 
The deal between Core Gaming and K&K Promotions, via Event Merchandising, was agreed earlier this month and a branded slot game is already well into development at the midlands studio.
 
From his humble roots in Butte, MT, the late Evel Knievel rode his motorcycle to an unparalleled level of worldwide glory and fame: King of the Daredevils, Last of the Gladiators, Godfather of Extreme Sports, Guinness Book of Records holder for the most broken bones, an unwavering belief in himself, promoter extraordinaire, life risker, and an enigmatic folk hero.
 
These are characteristics by which millions of people around the world know Knievel.
 
Core Gaming Ltd managing director, Justin Chamberlain, said: "Evel Knievel was a legend who inspired many people to never give up and pursue what they wanted in life with the throttle wide open. We intend to do his fans proud with the games we produce and put on the market.”
 
Kelly Knievel added “You know, my dad was a gambler his whole life. He used to say the only people worth hearing about were people who took risks.”
