Tuesday June 26, 2012 : CRYPTOLOGIC RENEWS LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH BETSSON

Veteran software developer will provide games for the next two years

Cryptologic, the veteran online gambling software developer recently acquired by Amaya Gaming, has renewed its games supply contract with Betsson Malta Limited for the next two years.

The agreement expands on an existing relationship between the two companies. Under the new deal, Betsson, which has a total active player base of more than 400,000 players across 10 gaming websites, will have access to a portfolio of more than 100 of CryptoLogic's most popular casino games through CryptoLogic's Instant Click platform.

These games include branded and unbranded video slots and a full complement of table games such as European Blackjack, European Roulette and Video Poker. Betsson will also have the right to launch any new content released by CryptoLogic going forward.

Betsafe.com is the first of Betsson's 10 online gaming websites to go live with more than 70 of CryptoLogic's games already available to its players following a rapid integration completed in May 2012. The expanded agreement will also enable Betsson to deploy CryptoLogic's games across its remaining nine sites with a scheduled rollout in the second half of 2012.

Instant Click enables rapid deployment of a range of titles from CryptoLogic's complete suite of more than 300 online games, by online operators and technology providers on their own e-gaming infrastructure and electronic cashier systems.

Rudi Thomassen, Head of Games of Chance at Betsson, commented: "CryptoLogic's games have proven very popular with our customers."
