Saturday June 15,2013 : INTERNET POKER PRO CASHING IN AT W.S.O.P.

Dan Kelly has already banked $412,000

With just on 20 events completed in this year's World Series of Poker running at the Rio in Las Vegas, the online and live tournament poker pro Dan Kelly is emerging as one of the most prolific players around, reports the Card Player website.

By the middle of the second week the young Marylander had already racked up six cashes worth $412,000, although a bracelet has so far eluded him (he already has one from a win in 2010)…and there are still over 40 events in which he can enter this year.

Kelly has a way to go to beat the standing record for most cashes at a single WSOP; that record belongs to Russian player Konstantin Puchkov, who can boast 11 cashes achieved in last year's WSOP.

Kelly is as lethal online as he is in live poker, and reportedly has made over $3 million in career earnings at this relatively early stage in his career.
