Dot Bet Domain Names Now Available

Global domain registry services provider Afilias invited offers for a landrush on new  “dot BET” top level domains Monday. 

Dot BET (.bet) domains will be available using a Dutch auction format from February 8 through February 12, the company said.

During the auction, available names will start at a maximum price, which will be lowered in decrements daily as registrants decide at what price point they wish to register.  Names will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis.

The landrush will be followed by a brief hiatus until March 3, 2016 when registrations for the .BET domains begin again at regular prices.
