Dot bet domain Now Available

The Ireland-based domain registry operator Afilias has announced that applications from eligible trademark holders are now open for the new .bet domain and will remain so through February 4.
 
In a press release, Afilias advises that .bet is the best Internet address for sports betting, gambling, various games of chance and all other online and offline wagering activities, immediately conveying to a global audience that a website’s content is related to betting.
 
"From February 8 through February 12, 2016, .bet domains will be more generally available using a Dutch Auction format," the operators adds.
 
"During the auction, available names will start at a maximum price, which will be lowered in decrements daily as registrants decide at what price point they wish to register. Landrush ends on February 12, 2016."
 
Open registration for .bet begins March 3, 2016.
