The company and the Commission indulged in a bout of blame gaming over the non-payments, but it
now appears from a notice on the MetroPlay.com website that relief is at last in sight.
 
The notice reads:
 
"On Monday 20th April we will be providing all customers with details of how they can process their withdrawals from our site.
 
"We sincerely apologise for the delay which has been due to matters outside of our control.
 
"Thank you for your continued patience."
