Evolution Gaming In Deal With Scientific Games

Ultimate Texas Hold’em agreement with Scientific Games is on an exclusive basis.
 
Live dealer gambling specialists Evolution Gaming has inked a three-and-a-half year exclusive deal with Scientific Games that will see it offering a live casino version of SG's Ultimate Texas Hold’em poker.
 
The agreement means that Evolution has secured exclusive rights to provide Ultimate Texas Hold’em as part of its product range, and additionally has the option to expand the agreement to embrace other SG products.
 
Evolution is confident that the popular game will enable its operator clients to convert poker players to casino punters, and says the first operator will be launching the game during the coming northern hemisphere summer months.
 
Ultimate Texas Hold’em is the dominant poker game offered at international land-based casinos said Scientific Games business-to-business exec Tom Wood in a statement this week. “With its scalability and pace, we are confident that it will be an excellent game in the live casino environment."
 
Evolution's Todd Haushalter said that being able to exclusively offer Evolution clients the most popular Hold'em game in the world would help to cement the company's leadership position in the live dealer space.
 
“Building up our specialty game offering, which also includes Caribbean Stud and Three Card Poker, is part of our strategy to make the transition from land-based to online seamless for players,” he said.
