New Social Poker To Have Private Tables

03/30/2012 :  NEW SOCIAL GAMING POKER PRODUCT WILL HAVE PRIVATE TABLES

New Face Up Gaming product is not a contradiction in terms

Launching a social networking poker game that can be customised for privacy is not necessarily a contradiction in terms, says Game Face Gaming, Inc., a New York software developer currently punting its Face Up Gaming brand of Facebook poker.

The company is now working on a privacy component for the game which will allow players to generate a ‘home game’ experience. It has developed the home game version in a way that will mirror the social experience but confine it to the player’s own home and circle of invited guests.  The home game version will make provision for seeing and speaking to opponents in real time and online.

Private home games are designed to allow players to customise game play to their personal preferences, and can be used by beginners who wish to learn the game of poker and ensure that only invited players are included in the action. Organising or joining a private game allows for management of the game style and rules.

"We have completed the design and will very shortly launch the first truly home game experience, not just a private table but an actual home game online," Felix Elinson, the firm's CEO said this week.

"We have designed this product to address the massive home game market. We believe that millions of people get together from time to time in homes and other locations to enjoy a friendly game and our product will provide the same experience online."
