FastForward acquires another 11.75 percent in Leap Gaming

Tuesday June 7,2016 :  FASTFORWARD INCREASES STAKE IN LEAP GAMING (Update)

Exercises option for additional 11.75 percent

FastForward Innovations Ltd (FastForward) has exercised its option to secure an additional 11.75 percent stake in virtual sports and casino provider Leap Gaming.

Our  readers will recall FastForward secured an initial 29.4 percent stake in Leap Gaming parent company Frails LLC back in April 2016 for a $2.5 million consideration.

On completion of the deal FastForward will own a 41.5 percent stake in Leap Gaming for a total consideration of $3.5 million.
