Available for real money play on the bwin.party PartyPoker client

Bwin.party's PartyPoker has announced completion of the developmental beta testing of its fast-fold poker variant "FastForward Poker".

FastForward Poker is the high-speed version of Texas Hold'em and is available for real-money play on the PartyPoker client via the "FastForward Tab".

The fast-fold poker variant joins the likes of Full Tilt's Rush Poker and PokerStars' Zoom Poker along with many others who have jumped on the speed poker bandwagon.

FastForward Poker is currently available at all No-Limit Hold’em cash tables with stakes from $0.02/$0.04 to $0.25/$0.50.

bwin.party emphasised the importance of the new product in its HY2012 Financial report recently saying: “Poker is a key area of focus and we are determined to return it to growth through execution of a detailed plan that includes pooling our poker liquidity as well as repositioning our flagship PartyPoker brand. We expect both initiatives to have a positive impact on our performance, along with our recently launched FastForward Poker product."

The company's four-point plan to turn around its online poker fortunes comprises improving the poker ecology, poker product innovation, poker network integration and the re-launch of the PartyPoker brand.

FastForward players can expect:

–     The instant you fold you’ll be moved straight to another FastForward table with brand new hole cards and different players at your table

–     No waiting for play to come round. If you don’t like your hand just fold and go to your next table

–     The FastForward heads-up online poker experience.
