Fortuna Profits up 34.5 percent

Eastern European online and land gambling group delivers a net profit of Euro 7.6 million
 
The Eastern European land and online gambling group Fortuna has turned in a creditable set of half year results, posting a net profit of Euro 7.6 million – up 34.5 percent year-on-year.
 
Gross win in H1-2013 came in at Euro 57.4 million – up y-o-y by 4.1 percent on revenues of Euro 275.9 million, thanks to lottery losses being lower and punter deposits higher.
 
The company reported EBITDA up 27.4 percent to Euro 12.9 million.
