EInvest Buys 8 Percent Of Fortuna

Focused on Czech Republic lottery market
 
E-Invest will acquire an 8 percent stake in Fortuna Entertainment Group's lottery subsidiary following the signing of a Share Purchase Agreement last week.
 
Fortuna said the companies had agreed to co-operate in the Czech Republic lottery market back in May 2012 which has finally resulted in E-INVEST’s acquisition of an 8 percent stake in FORTUNA sázky a.s.
 
FORTUNA sázky a.s. currently operates numerical and instant lottery games through a network of around 6,000 points of sale across the Czech Republic. The company also provides additional services, such as mobile phone top-ups with all main mobile operators.
