Fortuna Entertainment In Romania Licensing Deal

Fortuna Entertainment Group N.V. (FEG) has signed a brand licensing agreement with BET Active Concept S.R.L. and Bet Zone S.R.L. in Romania.

The agreement via Fortuna Game a.s. provides BET ACTIVE CONCEPT S.R.L. and BET ZONE S.R.L. the right to use Fortuna’s trademark in the sports betting and gaming industry in Romania under standard market conditions.

Both Romanian companies form part of Penta Investments Group, the majority shareholder of Fortuna.

FEG believes the Romanian market has strong potential citing a sustainable tax regime and positive regulatory environment.
